Assistant Company Secretary

Leonie has an eye for detail and loves working with companies that are driven by purpose. She joined For Purpose Advisory in 2024 and has become an integral part of the company secretary team, providing ‘behind-the-scenes’ support with maintaining our client’s records and registers, and completing annual and other reporting.

Leonie has over ten years’ experience working in finance and legal administration. Given Leonie’s passion for social issues, she also spent two years as a Sustainability Strategist & Researcher, connecting not-for-profits with corporations through sustainability strategies and activations.

For Purpose Advisory is an incorporated legal practice with the NSW Law Society. For Purpose Advisory is also a multidisciplinary practice. In addition to our legal services, we provide non-legal consultancy, mediation and company secretary services. Unless stated in writing by us, the service we provide does not constitute and should not be relied upon as legal advice. When providing services, our clients enter into our cost agreement which indicates whether the services we are providing are legal or non-legal services. The cost agreement has standard terms and conditions applying to legal and non-legal services. Liability for our legal services is limited by a scheme approved under the Professional Standards Legislation.
