Senior Company Secretary

Kim supports our not-for-profit and charity clients with company secretarial services. In addition to many years experience as a Company Secretary for a charity operating across countries and with multiple sub-committees, Kim brings a wealth of leadership and management capabilities developed over three decades of working in the for-purpose sector in both Australia and Indonesia which helps her to truly understand our clients’ governance and operations.

Kim holds a Masters in Public Health, Graduate Certificate of Management and an Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management. She has also completed the Company Directors Course with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
