Adam is a highly-regarded not-for-profit executive specialising in philanthropic strategy, social impact, fundraising and the leadership and development of for-purpose organisations.

He has served the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, BHP, Lifeline, the Heart Research Institute and the National Rugby League, and was formerly the Chief Executive of the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation overseeing $100M+ of philanthropic investment. He has worked across multiple jurisdictions including Australia, the Pacific, the UK and the US.

He is a biological scientist by qualification (University of Western Sydney), a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Short Course Program, and a Member of the Fundraising Institute of Australia.
